This breathtaking video will make you want to visit Chile

This short travel video by filmmaker and traveller Rahel Jagric reveals the breathtaking natural beauty of the South American country of Chile. With the Andes Mountains on its eastern border and the Atacama Desert in the north, the country has numerous mesmerising landscapes. Jagric began her month-long journey in the city of Punta Arenas in the extreme south of the country. Travelling by bus, she eventually reached the northern part of Chile, capturing images of its people and lands along the way.

The video spans the length of the country, with stunning scenes from places like wild Patagonia in the south and the Atacama Desert (one of the driest places on earth) in the north. Jagric describes her Chile film as her best till date, because of the country’s diverse landscapes, colourful cities, warm people, and delicious food and wine. “Every single day in Chile was an adventure for us,” she adds, “and we truly hope to visit this beautiful country again." The video was shot with a Canon 5D (Mark II) and a GoPro Hero camera.
