This special IRCTC tour package has everything to make your Diwali eventful

This Diwali, IRCTC is presenting travellers with its Bharat Darshan Special Tourist Train, which will take you to most of the prominent places to visit in India. Reportedly, it is one of its most affordable and all-inclusive tour packages, and its tickets are available online.

Destinations covered in this package are Puri, Konark, Gaya, Varanasi, and Allahabad. The boarding points will be at Madurai, Dindigul, Karur, Salem, Jolarpetti, Katpadi, Chennai Central, Nellore, and Vijayawada. Also, the deboarding points for this package will be Vijayawada, Nellore, Chennai Perambur, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Karur, Dindigul, Madurai. The mode of travel will be via Bharat Darshan Train, and the package tariff is inclusive of GST. While the arrival and departure timings at halt stations e tentative, the timings are also subject to approval of the Railways and running as per the schedule. In case any of the above-mentioned halts have not been approved by the railways, alternative halt arrangements will be made by IRCTC, to ensure prominent sightseeing locations are covered. However, if any such thing happens, announcements will be made in the train.
One should also take into consideration the fact that in the case of no-show, your refund request will not be entertained by the IRCTC.

Things that are not inclusive in the package are items of personal nature, entrance fee for monuments, service of tour guide, and all others that are not specifically mentioned in the package inclusion. Night stays and options for freshening up will be provided at dharmashalas on a multi-sharing basis. Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a litre of drinking water will also be provided per day.
