Get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing Thanyapura Sports and Fitness centre. This 23 hectare sports and wellness resort is located in the national park in northern Phuket. The resort has some of the best sports facilities and coaches in Asia (there’s even a sports hotel and an organic restaurant). Olympic swim teams including Britain and Australia often train here! On a rainy day you can still play indoor tennis or badminton, workout in the world-class gym or join a session in the fitness centre. Two 60-minute personal training session with a qualified fitness instructor will set you back 2000 baht. After your exercise you can relax with a massage or grab a healthy bite to eat at the restaurant.
