Despite a mention in every guidebook there is, the 360-degree view from atop Victoria Peak really is something you shouldn't miss. However, you can skip the touristy tram ride to the top and instead take a cab right till the Peak Tower. Once you're there, take a walk along the Hong Kong Trail which will last about an hour and take you through an undulating path flush with greenery and sweeping views of the city below. Time it so you make it back to Peak Tower just in time to see the sun vanish behind the skyscrapers and the city's lights come on. It's an image you'll remember long after you've left. Read less
