All that glitter is gold here in Gold Souk! This is where people go and get lost in the labyrinth of glittering gold. Dubai’s one of the most authentic and renowned souks, The Gold Souk is home to thousands of sellers offering a classic collection of accessories made of pure gold. Fascinating to the core, the entire region looks like Ali Baba’s hidden treasure cave. The rates of gold keep changing and are mentioned outside each shop; here you get all varieties of gold, i.e., 24K, 21K, 18K and 22K. Surprisingly, you are allowed to barter here as well! If you like something in one particular store, but don’t agree on price, do not worry as you can get the similar piece in some other shop nearby, where you can try your bargaining luck. The nearest metro station to the Gold Souk is Al Raas Metro Station which remains open on all seven days of the week.
