This pop up restaurant is like no other in the world, a fine dining experience right on the frozen Assiniboine River where chefs take patrons through a culinary journey. Guests are served dinner under a brightly lit tent, which means you best bring your hats and mitts as it isn’t always the warmest inside. Patrons of the restaurant sit at big long tables, to evoke a sense of sharing as the creators behind this restaurant truly believe that sharing is caring, not only in terms of food but community as well. The chefs come from all over the world and change both daily and season to season. These guest chefs create some of the tastiest and innovative food in the city. Even better is that the guests of the restaurant get to watch as the chefs create their masterpieces in open kitchen. Mandel Hitzer and Joe Kalturnyk are the brains behind this pop up restaurant and can be found in the restaurant from time to time, and love to chat with guests.
