Couples who workout together stay together, or at least that’s what we think. What better way to spend an evening out than getting some exercise and we don’t mean just walking along the beautiful city paths. All throughout the city, couples can work out together in specially designed classes. First week, head to the surf studio where you can hop up on a surfboard and work out side by side. Classes vary from improving balance to building key muscles but all incorporate a lot of fun and learning. If you are less about working out on a surfboard and more about cycling, head to The Spinuity where on Sunday evenings they offer a 30-minute spin followed by candlelight yoga, which is a perfect way to cap off a weekend. If you want less serenity and more competitiveness though there is only one place to head on a Friday evening with your other half or a bunch of friends and that’s drop-in dodgeball that is offered at the Edmonton Sports Club. We can’t promise that chucking balls at each others head will end well, but it sure is fun and a great workout.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
