This world-class equestrian facility is open year-round, making it one of the best free attractions in the city. The grounds, gardens and stables are all free to visit, inviting visitors to walk around, tour the stables, grab a coffee and watch as the trainers work with the horses. The kids will simply love visiting the Superstore Playground located on the Terrace Halls, where swings, slides, climbers, monkey bars and more await them. In the summertime, make sure to pack a picnic and spend the day admiring the flowers, greenery and newborn foals that are often seen kicking around. Although most of the tournaments and competitions require tickets, there are actually a few free ones. The Continental Tournament is absolutely free, running for four days every June, as are the other two tournaments Canada One and Champions’ Welcome. Where else can you see incredible professional riders for free in a beautiful setting of a world-class venue?
