Beat your post-holiday blues and get back into action.
Have you just come back from a holiday and feeling really low? And also finding it difficult to concentrate on work? Then you need to think of ways to beat your post-holiday blues and try to bring back a pattern in your life.
Memories fresh
Exercise
If you've gained weight during the holidays, than get into action right now to knock off those recently gained flab. Don't lose sleep over all that wine, caramel custard and ice-cream you consumed. Start an exercise routine and follow through. Getting into an active exercise mode will make you feel light and happy.
Time out
The holidays take up so much time, that you've probably neglected yourself. Beat the post-holiday blues by taking the time to do something for yourself. Make a list of all your pending work which you could not do during the holidays. So, try to finish off all those pending work and get back your sense of work.
Plan your next holiday
Probably nothing can beat this trick. So, plan your next holiday. Think of a destination that is on your wish-list and start your research (which is enjoyable and will keep you busy too in your free time)
