Chandigarh’s main shopping centre in Sector 17 comprises of four piazzas meeting at a central chowk. You can easily spend an entire day browsing through the numerous showrooms, local boutiques, departmental stores and government emporia here. The market also houses some good restaurants, cafes and pubs. It also has numerous open spaces dotted with fountains and sculptures, for visitors to lounge in.
