Saadiyat Cultural district, a five-minute drive from the city has been fashioned as the cultural hub of Abu Dhabi. A number of typically epic-scale projects are underway, ergo, the island will have its very own Louvre, the Zayed National Museum, and the Guggenheim (the largest in the world, obviously). In the meantime, art-buffs can walk through the Manarat Al Saadiyat—an art and exhibition centre. Permanent fixtures include The Saadiyat Story replete with models and presentations. The Abu Dhabi Art Fair is a keenly awaited annual affair expected to bring together some of the world’s top gallerists, artists and collections. A prime attraction here is The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort where beach lovers and luxury seekers can book a room and get treated like a king! The property is only a few minutes away from the beach and is home to all kind of luxury one can think of.
