In a welcoming initiative, Air India introduces “Air India Fly for Sure Offer.” The offer states that passengers can now make one-time flight change on same day. This means you have some leeway in terms of changing your travel schedule.

Passengers should be mindful before trying to avail this offer, and follow the following terms, conditions and restrictions –
• Payment of INR 2000 is non-refundable in case the facility is not availed
• If Air India is unable to offer seats in the other flight, the money is refundable
• Offer is valid only for Air India operated flights
• According to the airline, the flight change is not applicable for Alliance Air, and Code Share flights
• Unaccompanied minors and group bookings are not permitted to avail this offer
• Not applicable for redemption or award tickets
