While in Bangkok, you should also get to know Milin—an increasingly popular fashion label within the Thai industry. Launched in 2009 by the 33-years-old local designer Milin “Mimi” Yuvacharuskul, the Milin label offers a range of garments that are both sexy and easy-to-wear. Aimed at the modern Thai women, who want to feel and look their best, Milin’s clothing sells like hotcakes to everyone from students to young professionals. Before founding her now iconic label, designer Mimi attended fashion school in the UK, interned at the fashion house Jill Stuart and wrote about fashion for magazines.
