Udaipur world music fest is just the perfect event for music lovers in Feb 2018

It is February and it is also the time to get moving to the most spectacular events of the year. And, the Udaipur world music fest is where the die-hard music fans and veterans assemble to celebrate music, and watch some of the finest musicians live.
Starting from February 9, the City of Lakes will play host to a large tribe of musicians and music fans at the Udaipur World Music Fest 2018. The vibe at the Udaipur world music fest is sure to be infectious. From Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy to the Catalan fusion band named Txarango, this will be enrapturing visitors with the choicest music to suit the culturally vibrant crowd at the event. Among the prominent performers, Bipul Chettri & the Travelling Band will make their presence felt. The vibe at Bipul Chettri’s band tends to be intimate and celebratory due to the folk renditions from the East Indian hills, presented with a contemporary touch.


This year, 150 artists from more than 16 nations have confirmed their presence at the event. The programme will be hosted at multiple locations throughout Udaipur. With every passing season, the word about the awesomeness of this festival has been spreading around. Therefore, given the popularity of the fest and no restrictions on entry, the organisers are hoping to witness a lot of spectators this year.
