At the bottom of the Kodagu’s highest peak, Tadiyendamol is the charming Nalakunad Palace, the restored hunting lodge of a Kodagu king dating from 1794. Within walking distance are a number of outstanding places to camp. The structure is not in a good form now but people still visit here because of the story and history attcahed to the place. You can still see some faded murals here which tell a lot about the articans from the bygone era. So, do make sure to pay a small visit here whenever you are visiting Coorg. Read less
