This sprawling museum complex encloses some of the city’s most exciting art museums. The Leopold Museum focuses on important Austrian art movements, and displays paintings by Austria’s most famous artist, Gustav Klimt. The Museum Moderner Kunst (MUMOK) has a permanent exhibition of 20th-century artists such as Pablo Picasso, Joan Miro, Rene Magritte and Paul Klee. The Kunsthalle Wien hosts contemporary art exhibitions, while Zoom and Dschungel Wien are cultural hubs for kids.
