In most Moroccan cities, shopping is limited to traditional handicrafts and Moroccan carpets. Not so in Casablanca. Here you can buy everything from designer shoes and bags to western-style outfits. There are a number of malls that cater to tourists and residents. Morocco Mall is one of the largest malls in Africa—it is home to dozens of shops and restaurants. Anfa Place Mall is really popular too. If a mall is not your thing, head to the Maarif neighbourhood—here a number of popular European brands have showrooms and independent boutiques line the alleyways. Read less
