This evening market is jam packed with stalls selling glittering wares from Kutch and Saurashtra. Embroidered wall hangings, costume jewellery, Gujarati cholis (sari blouses) and richly decorated chaniyas (long, wide traditional skirts) will leave you spoiled for choice. And even if you don’t end up buying anything, this is an experience authentic to the city, and will give you a feel for the place.
