Makhaniya lassi at Shri Mishrilal restaurant is something that Jodhpur's Clock Tower market is famous for, and rightly so. The fame is well-deserved for this one, as the lassi here is the creamiest, butter(iest) lassi you would have ever had. A must if you are tired after all the shopping in the local market around.

Early in the morning or late evenings, you can head to the Bishnoi village in Jodhpur's hood for an interesting experience. The village is famous for its artisans and a rich culture as well as jungle safaris, where you can often spot chinkaras. The Bishnoi community is famed for its eco-conservation efforts, wildlife protection, and ideas related to sustainable living.
