It’s International Vodka Day and all those who love vodka must be celebrating already, especially in Russia as this is the country where vodka was born!

National Vodka Day was first celebrated in the United States on October 4 in 2009. Let’s have a look at some of the nations known for producing world-class vodka.

Russia: Russia, mother nation of vodka, is known for its pure and smooth vodka production. Some of the popular vodka brands include Stolichnaya and Russian Standard.Poland: Poland too has a long history of vodka production.
