World’s first glacier bar has opened in Iceland, here’s how you can enjoy a drink there

No we are not kidding here. World’s first glacier bar has opened in Iceland and people are already ecstatic! For travellers and lovers of exotic things, ice bars have become one prime travel option.
The bar is basically a quaint little spot, set up by Reyka Vodka around 1931.213 km (64.565653°N, -20.024822°W ) out onto Langjökull Glacier, north in the Arctic Circle. This is the same place from where Reyka sources its spring water through a 4,000-year-old lava field to make vodka. Their distillery is powered by steam, which is produced by natural geothermal hot springs.

The bar will remain open for five days during 16 to 20 October, and here’s how you can enjoy a drink at this exotic, ‘out of the world’ bar in Iceland.
First of all, you need need to sign up on the brand’s official website. Then people will be selected through lucky draw system and they will get a chance to go on a off-road adventure through the gorgeous frozen world.

On their way, travellers will also be taken to its geothermal hot springs. Then they will get to taste a glass of Puffin Collins, which is an exotic cocktail, also Reyka Vodka’s signature drink. The drink is named after brand’s animal mascot and holds immense importance. The cocktail includes vodka, grapefruit, elderflower, soda, and tomato garnish.
