Voted Thailand's best attraction awards for 4 years, Phuket FantaSea is a nightly cultural and entertainment park designed to showcase Thailand's exotic heritage through attractions and displays of cultural diversity that are fun and entertaining.Opened in 1998, Phuket FantaSea is a 140-acre cultural theme park, which includes attractions and arcades of which the focus is the Palace of the Elephants, a 3,000-seat theatre with award-winning Las Vegas-style theatrical productions. The theatre pays homage to the 999 elephants that protected a legendary kingdom. Other attractions include the Carnival Village shopping street, the Similan Entertainment Center, the Tiger Jungle Adventure theatrical safari and the Songbird Luminarie. There is also a 4,000-seat dining facility, the Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant, that serves Thai and international cuisine.
Phuket FantaSea is one of the longest running shows in Asia, being the largest theatrical development of its kind in Thailand and the first to successfully merge Thai culture with sophisticated show technology.
