Hang Da Market

Located in the center of the business district in Hanoi, Hang Da Market is a shopping mall with three stories, each level with a wide array of different stalls selling food and flowers, affordable fashion, bags, shoes and accessories, second hand clothes and even wine. On the first floor there are stalls selling delicious, fresh Vietnamese snacks, fruits and vegetables for you to munch on while you continue your shopping journey to the next two floors. Upstairs, you’ll find imported clothing, fabrics, pottery, traditional Vietnamese dresses, rice paper products and paintings.
Come to Hang Da Market ready to bargain! It’s located on the western edge of the Old Quarter close to Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Weekend days are a pleasant time to visit, but it’s best to try and avoid Hang Da Market on the weekends and during the middle of the day, when it can get uncomfortably hot and busy inside even though it is air conditioned.
