Gondola Ride at the Venetian Hotel

If you can’t get to Venice but can get to Vegas, you can still experience one of those gondola rides that are so talked about. Luckily, for those visitors to Vegas, the Venetian Hotel offers the chance to glide along the Grand Canal while your singing gondolier steers you under bridges and past shops. Much of the ride takes place indoors but close your eyes and use your imagination and you glide through the water. This can be a romantic ride for two on a special occasion or a fun activity for kids. Kids aged two and under can actually ride for free by sitting on their parent’s lap. After the gondola ride, make sure you head to the hotel for some sightseeing as the lobby is stunning, draped in colors of gold and red and mirrored after architecture from Italy.
