Patronised by everyone from the Prince of Wales to Mick Wagger, this Jaipur institution was established in 1852 and has been run by the same family of jewellers for the last eight generations. It is among the most reliable shops for loose gems and gold and silver jewellery, both in terms of authenticity and craftsmanship. It’s famous for antique and vintage jewellery from the royal family, some of it dating back to several centuries, but you can also get a custom-made piece made for yourself.
