THE One is a unique beast. It’s a UAE-born retail chain with exceptional taste (all-caps title aside). THE One specialises in exquisite furniture and decadent, high-end home accessories—think luxury candles, ultra-modern lamps and non-frou-frou cushions.
THE One is so stylish it eschews branches for 'theatres' selling quirky collectables, oversized originals and cool one-offs, including super-portable items like Palestinian wrist wraps (profits go to a women's cooperative). What it does, it does extremely well, and is definitely worth a look.
