Croc fights at Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo

Started by the legendary Steve Irwin, also known as crocodile man, Australia Zoo is one of Sunshine Coast’s most prominent destinations. Laid out over 70 acres of natural bushland with over 1,000 native and exotic animals, interactive animal encounters and a wildlife hospital, the zoo is a must visit. Here you can watch fierse crocs, cuddle a koala, wrap a Burmese Python around your shoulders, get close with birds and feed kangaroos. And then there’s the tiger temple, where the gentle felines are fed milk like a baby while you watch behind giant glass windows.
