There's more to Chicago's festivals than music
Chicago’s calendar is filled with festivals that cater to all tastes. Here's a sample:
Sketchfest, or the Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, is a two-week event held every January featuring sketch and stand-up comedy for adults and children, and expert panel discussions on the art of comedy and comedic writing.
Taste of Chicago is the world's largest annual food festival, where the city’s gastronomes come out to indulge themselves. Taking place outdoors in Grant Park in mid-July, expect tasters from 70 restaurants, live music and cooking demonstrations, and abundant food shopping.
