Also referred to as Deccan Gymkhana, this compact sized market can be easily manoeuvred and covered in all of 20 minutes. Located on the other side of the river Mutha, it is inundated with shops selling an array of items. From fruit and food to leather and furniture, it’s a one-stop shop for everything. There’s even a lane called Hong Kong lane where you can buy flowers, trinkets and costume jewellery, and even go a little vintage with audio cassettes. While you’re there, try a taste of something sweet from the many sweetshops which are famous for their pedas and barfi.
