The Winnipeg Jets have only been a part of the National Hockey League for a few years and although they have struggled in the past with losing, the Jets fans have always stuck by their team. Winnipeg Jets fans are among the nicest in the world and you better believe they dress up, cheer at the top of their lungs and totally immerse themselves into the experience. Coming to Winnipeg in the winter and not going to a Jets game is certainly a travesty. Visitors to the game should expect to see Len Kropiosky, much better known as ‘Kroppy’ featured on the Jumbo Tron during the hockey game. This 97-year military vet attends all of the home games laden in Jets apparel. The Jets play at an intimate stadium with only 16,000 or so seats making every seat a great one, and don’t worry about the inflated prices you see at most NHL games, here you can grab a ticket for around $40. So grab that face paint, the blue and white outfits and prepare to cheer on the newest team in the NHL with 16,000 other fans!
