Homegrown skincare store, Bubbles, has developed a bit of a cult following over the years. Founded by a local with sensitive skin, Bubbles takes pride in its organic, herbal-only business ethic, rather a rarity in the city.
Diminutive Bubbles carries a wide-reaching stock of soaps, bath salts and shampoos. Most of it is made in-house, though the shop also stocks a few regional brands, including the Jordanian-made Bloom Dead Sea products. These muds, scrubs and moisturisers are made from the nutrient-rich waters of the Dead Sea and a loyal fan base swears by their effectiveness in giving skin a healthy glow.
