The Louvre Museum in Paris is ready to roll out something artsy for the use of the general public. The French museum has now commissioned eight perfumes that are based on eight iconic art pieces.
According to reports, the Louvre has chosen Ramdane Touhami and Victoire de Taillac, co-founders of the Officine Universelle Buly, a French perfume company to deliver these unique scents. The duo hired eight perfumers tasked with one art piece each.
The perfumes are priced at $169 for 75 ml bottle; candles are priced at $169; scented soap sheets are priced at $22.60; while scented postcards are priced at $7.91 per postcard. You can buy these on your visit to the Louvre Museum. You just need to head to the new Officine Universelle Buly on the lower floor of Allee du Grand Louvre in Paris; the items are available from July 3, 2019, to January 6, 2020.
