Milam Glacier is considered to be the biggest glacier in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. It is the remotest yet accessible glacier of Uttarakhand, serving as a gateway to explore the mystics of the region. The glacier originates from the slope of Kohli and Trishuli peaks, situated on the south facing slope of the Himalayan range. Milam Village is also the highest villages in the Himalayan range. Milam Glacier is considered to be the biggest glacier in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. It is the remotest yet accessible glacier of Uttarakhand, serving as a gateway to explore the mystics of the region. The glacier originates from the slope of Kohli and Trishuli peaks, situated on the south facing slope of the Himalayan range. Milam Village is also the highest villages in the Himalayan range. The trek starts from Munsiyari and the trail will take you through the remotest areas with breathtaking panorama. Finally reaching the glacier, one is treated with the awe inspiring view of majestic Mt. Trishuli (7070m) and Hardeoli (7151m).
