If you are on an island-hopping tour around Krabi, then Koh Lanta should be a must-stop on your itinerary. Koh Lanta is made up of as many as 52 smaller isles, the largest of which is Koh Lanta Yai (located 70 kilometres south of Krabi town). The coastline of these islands have numerous beaches and are hotspots for water sports—while the more adventurous can go scuba diving, there’s plenty of snorkelling for those who’d rather stay close to the beach. A surfeit of beach bars and restaurants complete the whole island vacation vibe.
