Located on the fourth floor of nightclub complex Establishment, Sushi-e attracts a discerning clientele of Japanese food freaks who come for miles to sit at the rectangular marble bar and watch as chef Nobuyuki Ura does amazing things with ocean trout and scallops.

Although the sushi and sashimi are natural draws, don't overlook the cooked stuff, especially the deep-fried cuttlefish and the novelty set of eight porcelain spoons containing a mix of traditional and contemporary starters.
