Chilled-out waterside bar and restaurant

Word to the wise: Take sun cream. Almost everyone in the city has woken up a bright shade of pink after an afternoon at Loopen.

Walk down to the waters edge from Hornstull subway and you'll find the line of floating decks, tiki torches and plastic palm trees that form this West Indies themed bar and restaurant.

Although the restaurant food is nothing to rave about, it serves its purpose, and is decent enough if you want to grab a quick bite before lounging on the dangerously alluring deck chairs, or perched on the edge of the water.

Grab a Carib beer, help yourself you a wedge of lime and spend the afternoon chatting in the sunshine with the cool breeze brushing past you.
