The outdoor patio is absolutely perfect during summer days whereas the cosy interiors are ideal for winter evenings.

Sage Bistro is a favourite among Bulgarian celebrities, ministers and other influential members of society. This is not surprising as the food here is well and truly exceptional. All items on the menu are cooked to perfection. The food is fresh and extremely flavourful. I have a soft spot for the steak, stuffed calamari and baked Parmesan with walnuts at Sage Bistro.
