Record afficionado Kevin Starke runs this eponymous record store for vinyl lovers, and can usually be found behind the counter belting out rare disco and house classics. Those in the know come here to flick through bins filled with house, disco and techno, as well as obscure funk, blues and jazz.
With new and used records to choose from, crate-diggers will find plenty to occupy themselves beneath the brightly colored flexidisks hung on the wall. For those wishing to test their old-school fighting chops, a free ‘Mortal Kombat’ video-game machine in the corner only adds to the esthetic.
