Here’s a question to the Game of Thrones fans directly: If you were given a chance to visit one of the places in the Seven Kingdoms, where would you want to be? Most of you will say Winterfell, home to the Starks in the North, while others will name some of the other popular places including Braavos, King’s Landing, and even the lands beyond the Wall. Well, the good news is that such a thing has been now made possible for the show’s fans in real life.Read More: Relive Game of Thrones moments at its doppelganger destinations in India!

Lapland in Finland has now got a Game of Thrones-themed hotel, which has brought some of the most popular locations of Westeros to life. Built by HBO Nordic in association with Lapland Hotels SnowVillage, this hotel is entirely made out of snow and ice.
How Westeros is represented

Covering an area of 20,000 square feet, the GOT-themed ice hotel has 24 rooms, which include 10 suites for travellers.
Designed by ice sculptors from Russia, Poland, Latvia, and Ukraine, each of the rooms in this theme hotel features an ice figure from the popular TV show. Among the popular ones is a recreation of the Hall of Faces, which is seen in Braavos’ House of Black and White. Also seen in the rooms are replicas of the Iron Throne guarded by The Mountain, and a mammoth sized blue-eyed White Walker over a bed.
Facilities available

The temperatures inside the themed ice hotel reach minus five degrees, and it’s the reason why all the guests staying there are provided with high-quality thermal sleeping bags. Also provided to the guests is a glass of hot berry juice to keep things warm.
Other amenities available at the hotel include a dragon themed arctic bar which serves drinks in glasses made out of ice, a cinema, a chapel, a restaurant having frozen dining furniture, among other things.
