Seating space available for no more than 30 or so people, Saison is definitely intimate. This pricey 3-Michelin star restaurant has been a long-time player in the culinary big league in the United States. It is headed by Joshua Skenes, who is a genius chef. We are going to warn you right here and right now—it’s expensive. But for those big foodies out there it is worth every penny.
Each dish is better than the next. You will be delighted in the sensory overload of each taste and look excitedly to the next as you cleanse your palette. As mentioned though, this is not cheap and that goes for the extensive wine list too with the cheapest glasses ranging from around $29 and upwards. That said this is nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff here is attentive, supportive and accommodating. The kitchen pulls out every stop to impress diners—and it works!
