Call it Iceland's proximity to North America or just a natural hankering for hearty food, but burgers are big business in Reykjavik. Known as the guy who first introduced hamburgers to Iceland, Tommi Tómasson's first local burger business sent him broke, but he got it right the second time - now everyone from Iceland's president to Björk have sunk their chops into a pure Icelandic beef burger at Hamborgarabúlla Tómasa.
