Freshly baked goodies and all-day dining
The open kitchen and displays of scales, old newspapers, woven baskets and bistro chairs hanging from the walls create a homely feel in this cosy cafe in one of Perth's more affluent suburbs. Locals pop in for a coffee and a freshly baked baguette or linger over a lunch of homemade pie or giant sausage roll and the atmosphere is warm and friendly thanks to the constant bustle and the staff's animated banter.
The cakes and pastries also deserve a mention, in particular the lemon tart and the famous almond croissants, both of which go down a treat with a good coffee.
