Be part of the new Seine scene

Talk of the town: Wanderlust is one of the city’s newest hotspots from the hipster managers behind Silencio and Social Club.

Noteworthy for: It’s a ‘multidisciplinary space mixing relaxation, leisure and culture' say the architects.

Summer in the city has seen the launch of Wanderlust in a previously unfashionable part of the 13th. Set on an enormous wooden terrace overlooking the Seine with an 80-seat outdoor cinema, a restaurant, bar and club, it’s perfect for people watching.

Its packed programme of events can take you through the day: start with a yoga or pilates session followed by brunch, then creative workshops, performances and DJ sets will keep you busy til 6am. There are also plans to have a monthly food or flea marché, a pop-up vintage designer store, and for fashionistas, there’ll be events in collaboration with the Paris Institute of Fashion.
