The backyard of Palace Grill is home to Skaugum, a bar and club whose laid-back and lively atmosphere marks it out from other venues in exclusive Frogner. The outside dancefloor is perfect for summer and – thanks to underfloor heating and an open grill – a unique experience in winter.

The theme of Skaugum is "rhythm and booze": think vintage Americana, live bands and DJs playing party house and disco. The service can be rather brusque but the crowd are generally friendly.
