While it essentially caters to children, the frequent ‘Science Shows’ are equally loved by adults. The museum also has a planetarium along with the ‘Omnimax,’ which is basically an IMAX Theatre and you would have to pay extra for the films screened here. Osaka Science Museum is a 5 minute walk from the Nakanoshima Station along the Keihan Nakanoshima Line and is open from 9:30 am till 5 pm. The entrance fee is 400 Yen, and does not include Omnimax and the planetarium.
