As you'd expect, Zanzibar is exotic, with deep, red walls and cushioned stools, neon lighting, and fresh, young staff who have smiles tattooed onto their faces. The stained glass windows add to the glitzy color as you wind your way upstairs to the gem of a roof terrace, where you can also grab tapas and a martini.
The choice of drinks is extensive, although the highlight is arguably the list of twenty different tequilas that do the rounds most weekends. There's time to sample them all, too, as the bar is open until the wee hours most days.dad
