This collective of glitzy bars, restaurants and dance floors by the Bosphorus opened in 2003, and partying in the city has never been the same since. From restaurants dishing out the best of world cuisine (pick Köþebaþý for kebabs, Ninja Sushi for Japanese or Brasserie D'oeuf for French) to the resident DJs and visiting international acts like Bon Jovi, Kylie Minogue and U2 (among others), this place is buzzing every time you check in. Drinks at all the bars here are priced the same but we recommend the one near the main dance floor, where you can party right by the sea and under the stars – a truly magical experience. Get here by boat – you’ll avoid the maddening evening traffic that Istanbul is infamous for.
