Located inside an ancient carton packaging warehouse, Krimper is more of a hangout than a café. Rough and rustic, designed like a warehouse café, it has used the history of the place and recycled stuff to create furniture as a lovely nook in the middle. The lighting is minimalistic and walls are bare brick. It has an extensive menu with burgers, sliders and even a version of ‘upma’ but the highlight is definitely cold drip brew―coffee brewed overnight for 10 hours using cold water and the immersion method. It is served in a transparent glass with a big blob of ice and looks like a cross between whiskey and cognac. It is mildly bitter with a fresh nutty, coffee taste that is very different and definitely gives a swift kick to the morning.
