Meghalaya's most-awaited Hills Festival 2023 to begin from December 1

The much-awaited Hills Festival 2023 is all set to begin on December 1 in Shillong, Meghalaya. This two-day cultural extravaganza will mark its fourth edition and celebrate the spirit of Meghalaya, the beautiful Northeastern state.
