Utheemu Ganduvaru

Utheemu Ganduvaru is a historical spot which once served as the home of Sultan Mohamed Thankurufaan. Located in Utheemu, a small inhabited island in the north of Maldives, it is a site of great importance for the locals, as Mohamed Thankurufaan is considered a hero for saving his people from Portuguese conquerors.
